To transfer your Website files to Netfirms you will need to download all of your files from your old provider to your local computer and then upload them to your new account at Netfirms, Inc. using FTP. Please be sure to place all HTML and image files to a location inside your '/www/yourdomain.com/ directory (where yourdomain.com is your domain's foldername).
