Some of the more advanced themes have custom settings and options pages within Wordpress that you are required to set up before using.

The default theme your blog is set to is called Aperture.  The other two available Woothemes are BloggingStream and BlogTheme.  These three themes make use of custom options and settings.  If you were to change themes from Aperture to BloggingStream you will notice that your Wordpress site appears to be broken and that the theme does not quite look like what it is supposed to.

Once you've switched themes please take a look at the left sidebar in your Wordpress Administration section for a newly created menu item labelled as Theme Name where that is replaced with the actual theme name.
