To backup your store in Netfirms Commerce Pro, please follow the instructions below:
1. Login to the Members Control Panel (https://controlpanel.netfirms.com)
2. Click Application
3. Click Commerce Pro
4. For the store you wish to administer, click the corresponding Admin link to login to the Netfirms Commerce Pro Administration Panel
5. Click Tools
6. Click Database Manager
7. If this is the first time you are backing up your store, then click the Backup button. If you have backed up your store(s) previously, then highlight the store you wish to backup and then click the Backup button
8. Click the Backup button
NOTE: Your store will be backed up in ../catalog/admin/backups and will end with an .sql extension. The full name of the backup file will be indicated in the Title column).

If you have a database that is too big to backup via the Commerce Pro Administration interface, you can send a request to support@netfirms.com to request us to perform the backup for you. Please indicate the database name, username, and password (this information is located in ../catalog/includes/configure.phpphp)to your phpBB database in your email request.
