How do I remove a 403 Forbidden error message from my website?

403 Forbidden error message may display on your website if your website has been configured to be forwarded to a non-existing location on your hosting account.Check to see if yourdomain.com has a forwarding rule configured. If so, we suggest that you change the forwarding rule as follows:

FROM:
/foldername

TO (include the trailing slash):
/foldername/

To change your domain's forwarding rule, please follow these steps:

1. Login to the Netfirms Control Panel at https://controlpanel.netfirms.com
2. Click Domains
3. Choose Domains
3. For the domain being forwarded, click the plus sign to the left of the domain
4. In the Domain Home Directory or Domain Forward to Specific URL section, modify the Home Directory or Forwarding URL accordingly
5. Click Update

Please also ensure that the /foldername/ exists in your web account with an index page uploaded to it.
