How do I recover my mySQL database password?

To recover the password of a user's MySQL database please follow these instructions:

1. Log into the Netfirms Members Control Panel at https://controlpanel.netfirms.com
2. Click Hosting
3. Choose Databases

4. Click MySQL

5. For the database, locate the username you wish to recover the password for and click the corresponding plus sign to the right of the Database Name
6. Click the Password tab
