How do I save my web pages using Microsoft Publisher 2007 using Vista

How do I publish with Microsoft Publisher 2007

1. On the File menu, click Publish to the Web. Click OK.

 

 

2. In the Publish to the Web dialog box, click Tools, and then click Map Network Drive.

 

 

3. In the Map Network Drive dialog box, do the following:

  • In the Drive list, click a drive letter. You can choose any available letter.
  • Click Connect to a Web site that you can use to store your documents and pictures.

 

4. In the Add Network Location Wizard, click Next. click Choose a custom network location, and then click Next.

 

5. In the Internet or network address box, type the address of the FTP site (for example, type ftp://membername@yourdomain.com), and then click Next.

 

6. Type a name for this network location, and then click Next, then Finish.

 

7. Type your user name and password in the box, select Save Password and then click Log On.

 

8. You should now be connected to your account. Close the window, then close the Map Network Drive window.

9. Your Publish To Web dialog box should now show your new Website location.
Double click on your site location. This should connect you to the FTP account and you should see your www folder.

 

10. Navigate to the folder you wish to publish to, and click on the Save button.
