If your website was createdin FrontPage, follow these steps to import (make a local backup copy of) your
site:
1. You can
click on the File menu, choose the Open Web option
2. In the Folder name
box, enter http://membername.netfirms.com (where membername is the
Member Name assigned to your Netfirms Hosting account) and click on the Open
button.
3. Enter
in your password and username. You may need to click on the Open button
again.
4. Click once to highlight the index.htm
file.
5. Click
on the File menu, choose the Import option and click on the From Web
button.
7. Click on the Next button.
8. You can choose how many levels
(sub-directories) below the index file that you want to import as well as the
size of the total import onto your local computer.
9. Then click on the Next and Finish
buttons.
