To delete a file or folder using Netfirms File Manager, please follow these steps:

1. Login to the Netfirms Members Control Panel Members Control Panel
2. Click Hosting
3. Choose Files
4. Click File Manager
5. If the file or folder resides in the /www folder, click www. If the file or folder resides in the /cgi-bin folder, click cgi-bin

NOTE: To delete everything from your site, click the checkbox located to the left of the Name column.

6. Check off the file you wish to be deleted (a check box appears to the left of each filename)
7. Click the Delete button
