A "451 Pop login is required before using SMTP" error indicates that you must connect to your POP server before sending e-mail.
The E-mail client software requires the following information to access your domain E-mail:
E-mail Address: yourname@yourdomainname.com
Incoming Mail Server (POP): pop.yourdomainname.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.yourdomainname.com
POP Account Name: yourname@yourdomainname.com
Password: Your WebMail Password
