If you wish
to update or change the Registrant name or legal type for your .ca domain and have
confirmed your CIRA registration more than 30 days ago, please be sure
to gather the following information for support@netfirms.com:
1.
Your original CIRA username and password
2. Your
desired Administrative contact (Full name, full address, telephone
number, email address)
3. Your
desired Registrant name and type
4. Your
credit card information (Credit card number, Expiry Date, and CVV2
number). Your domain registration will be extended by 1 year once the
change is completed.
If you prefer to contact us by phone with your credit card or CIRA
login information, you may do so toll free at 1-866-317-4678.
Once the
above information is received, we will begin the process of modifying
the registrant name/legal type for your domain. A new user profile
will be created and the domain will be transferred from your existing
CIRA profile to the newly created one. During this process your domain
registration will be extended by an additional year from the current
expiration date and you will be billed $9.95CAD plus GST for this
renewal.
Additionally, by providing us with your CIRA login details, we will
facilitate in the move of your domain to your newly desired Registrant
profile and we will confirm once the change is complete.
