To add text to your SiteBuilder web site, open an existing page and add more contents. All text operations
are done under the Edit Content tab of the SiteBuilder application
Editing An Existing Text Block
To edit the existing text box, simply double click on the paragraph.
This will open a new window with an editor where you may type the text
you wish to display on this page. Once you are done, click Apply
Add a New Paragraph
To add a new paragraph, first select the existing text block by single
clicking on it. The editor will highlight the block of text to provide
feedback that it is currently selected. Once selected, use the
"Paragraph" menu item to insert to place a new paragraph either below or
above the selected text box. You will be asked to choose the style of
paragraph and then you may select "Ok" to complete the process.
Paragraph Styles
There are 3 standard paragraph styles for each theme.
* Standard text - this is used for your regular content, usually where
the bulk of your text will be.
* Heading - The main heading type. In most themes, the Heading cannot
be two lines in the editor. If your Heading requires two lines, in most
themes it will be cut off and when you publish, you will only see the
one line.
* Second Heading - similar in every aspect to the Heading in both
function and limitations, however it is usually smaller and used as a
sub-heading on most pages.
You may create your own paragraph style using the "Create New" button at
the bottom. This allows you to create your own custom settings for your
text to style it the way you wish to display. For the advanced users,
you may edit the CSS used for this text by clicking on the "Edit CSS code".
Changing A Paragraph Style
In order to alter a paragraph style, select a text block by single
clicking on it. Next use the "Paragraph" menu item and choose the
option 'Change Layout'. This will open a new window which will allow
you to choose your paragraph style.
