How do I manage my .CA domain if I have lost my CIRA username and password?

A MCAC form (available directly from CIRA at http://www.cira.ca/cira-forms/) will modify the Administrative contact information for a registrant profile.

If, during the time of your .ca registration, you did not pre-authorize Netfirms to make changes for you without your specific confirmation, the MCAC form will allow a change to the domain's administrative contact for a .ca domain if you no longer have your permanent CIRA username and password that was assigned to your during your .ca registration.

A change to the admin contact may be necessary if the admin email address is no longer accessible by the domain owner.

IMPORTANT:

1. All Schedules (A, B, C) must be completd.

2. Part B1 of Schedule A is designated for domains/registrants that are *not* individuals (ie. domains registered as a Corporation or Unincorporated).

3. Part B2 of Schedule A is designated for domains/registrants that are individual (ie. domains registered as a Canadian Citizen).

4. The MCACE must be submitted as a single PDF file.
