A MCAC form (available directly from CIRA at http://www.cira.ca/cira-forms/) will modify the Administrative contact information for a registrant profile.
If, during the time of your .ca registration, you did not
pre-authorize Netfirms to make changes for you without your specific
confirmation, the MCAC form will allow a change to the domain's
administrative contact for a .ca domain if you no longer have your
permanent CIRA username and password that was assigned to your during
your .ca registration.
A change to the admin contact may be necessary if the admin email address is no longer accessible by the domain owner.
