To merge multiple .ca profiles, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Netfirms Control Panel at https://controlpanel.netfirms.com
2. Click Domains
3. Click Domain Manager
4. For the domain you wish to configure a profile for, click the plus sign to the left of the Domain Name.
5. Click the Contact tab
4. Click the Registrant Profile tab
5. Under the Merge Registrants section choose the Gaining Registrant
Domain name from the drop down menu.
6. Click Merge
This procedure will merge this Registrant with the Registrant on record
for the selected domain. All domain names listed above will also be
transferred.
7. A confirmation dialog box will appear with the prompt Are you sure
you wish to merge registrants, including all shared domains? Click Yes
A successful merge will generate the following message: Registrant
Profiles Successfully Merged. CIRA will send an email to each registrant
email account. You must verify the transaction within 7 days for the
transaction to take effect.
