1. Using Netfirms File Manager via the Control Panel at https://controlpanel.netfirms.com, create a folder called cache inside your store's catalog folder
2. From the Netfirms Control Panel click Applications and then click Commerce Pro
3. For the store you wish to adminster, click the corresponding Admin link to login
4. From the Configuration section, click Cache
5. For Cache Directory, click the Edit button
6. Modify the cache value from /tmp/ to cache/ (no / before cache/)
