If paying by credit card, ensure that:
1. There are enough funds in your account. Also, if you just made a
payment on your credit card within the same day that you tried to renew your
account, the payment may not have gone through yet. In that case please try
again.
2. We also recommend that you contact your credit card company and
check to see that your credit card does not have limitations when it comes to
internet orders.
Our Web Hosting packages
can also be paid for by business check or by international money order in US
dollars (or Canadian dollars if inCanada).
If you are sending a
business check or money order, please follow these steps
below:
1. Create a free
Netfirms Basic hosting account that we can use as an identifier for you to apply
the payment to when upgrading to your desired hosting plan.
2. Click the yellow Sign
Up now link and follow the prompts,
3. If you already own the
domain with another provider choose the "DNS Transfer"
option
4. If you are going to be
registering the domains through an Advantage or Business hosting package be sure
to choose the "Netfirms Subdomain " option
5. You will then submit
the payment to our offices, being sure to place the member name of the free
Basic hosting account you created on the check and the desired Netfirms hosting
plan so we know where to apply the funds.
