Once a domain name has been registered, if you require it to be corrected
or cancelled you may submit your request to billing@netfirms.com within 48 hours of
the original registration. A full refund of the domain will be honored, after
which time you may register an alternative domain if required. After the 48-hour
period all domain registration purchases are final and non-refundable. You
may review your domain registration agreement at http://www.netfirms.com/features/domainterms.php

To register a new domain:
1. Log into your Members Control Panel at https://controlpanel.netfirms.com
2. Click Domains
3. Click Domain Manager
4. Click Add
5. Enter the domain you wish to register (choose the correct TLD extension from the pull-down menu)
6. Click Search
7. Choose a registratin term using by clicking the appropriate radio button
8. Click Continue
9. Review the Order Summary
10. Enter your billing and credit card information
11. Click Order
