How do I resolve a "Disk Quota Exceeded" error when uploading files to my web account?

To resolve a "Disk Quota Exceeded" error when uploading files to your web account, we suggest the following:

1. Compress your large files before uploading them.
2. Remove unnecessary files from your web account
3. Upgrade to a higher plan by logging into your Netfirms Control Panel at https://controlpanel.netfirms.com 4. Click Account
5. Click Shopping
6. Click Account Upgrade
7. Choose a Hosting Plan to upgrade to by clicking on the corresponding Upgrade link
8. Review the Order Summary
9. Enter your Billing information
10. Enter your Credit Card information
11. Optional: Choose to Update billing profile if you wish to update your billing and credit card information for  your account
12. Click Order

Your order will be reviewed by our Billing Team and once verified you will have access to the upgraded storage space on your account. Orders are verified typically within 12 hours or less.
