How do I resolve a "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare scandir() in /mnt/web_c/d08/s26/b02514e7/www/picpro_dir/nfpicturepro/searchnew.php on line 309" error when attempting to batch upload pictures in Netfirms Picture Pro?

The following error message is caused by trying to batch add pictures from Netfirms Picture Pro in PHP 5 mode:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare scandir() in
/mnt/web_c/d08/s26/b02514e7/www/T2/nfpicturepro/searchnew.php on line 309

To continue to batch add pictures in Netfirms Picture Pro, please ensure that your account is in PHP 4 mode:

1. Login to Netfirms Control Panel at https://controlpanel.netfirms.com
2. Click Site Tools
3. Under the Advanced section, click PHP
4. Choose PHP 4 from the pull-down menu
5. Click Modify
6. Allow a few minutes for the new setting to be activated
