To update your contact information for your Netfirms account, please follow these steps:

3. Click Contact Profile
4. Update your contact information
5. Click Update
To update your credit card information and billing profile for your Netfirms account, please follow these steps:
2. Click Account
3. Click Billing Profile
4. Update your credit card expiry date
5. Click Update
6. Click the Edit Billing Information check box
7. Click Update
If you have lost your password, you may have it sent to the email address we have on file for your Netfirms account by clicking here and referring to the Forgot Password section.
If
you no longer have access to the email account that is on file for your
Netfirms account, you will be required to provide proof of payment.
Proof of payment can be provided by giving us the following:
- The last
4 digits of the credit card used to pay for the account OR a photocopy
of the credit card with the name of the card holder OR a copy of the
credit card statement with the Netfirms purchase AND
- A copy of the Netfirms invoice with the Netfirms charge
If the
purchase was made by an ex-employee whom you re-imbursed, please provide the
following:
- Company Letterhead from Human Resources
or President of Company stating Original Contact’s employment status
and/or relation to Netfirms web account AND
- Proof of company reimbursement to ex-employee
If the
account was previously owned by an individual who has since passed away, please
provide the following:
- A copy of their death certificate AND
- Proof that you are legally to
inherit the account.
NOTE: Netfirms will not become involved in civil disputes over account ownership.
