How do I renew my Plan?

To renew your Netfirms hosting plan, please follow these steps:


1. Log into the Members Control Panel at https://controlpanel.netfirms.com


2. Click the Account tab.



3. Under the Shop section, click Renewal



4. In the Plan Renewal section click on the Renew button next to the Expiry date.



NOTES:

Netfirms will send out an invoice notification to the e-mail address on file in your Netfirms Billing profile 30 days prior to expiration.  However it is impossible for Netfirms to guarantee your receipt of our notifications via e-mail because of various external systems involved.  Netfirms takes all reasonable steps to ensure you are notified of your product renewals but you are ultimately responsible for the renewal of your Netfirms services.

A notification is also populated in your Netfirms Control Panel informing you that you have an outstanding invoice.  As outlined in our Terms of Service, Netfirms will attempt an automatic renewal of your web hosting up to 7 days in advance of its expiration date to ensure no interruption of service.  If this automatic renewal does not succeed due to issues with the credit card then we will attempt a courtesy phone call.
