Why does the shopping cart appear empty when someone clicks Checkout in my Netfirms Commerce Pro store?

If your visitor has added an article for purchase to their shopping cart, they may be presented with an empty shopping cart upon Checkout if "Force Use Cookies" setting is set incorrectly. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Login to the Members Control Panel at https://controlpanel.netfirms.com
2. Click Applications
3. Click Commerce Pro
4. For the store you wish to administer, click the the corresponding Admin link to login to
5. Click Configuration
6. From the Configuration section, click Sessions
7. The Force Cookies Use should not be changed from the default setting of False.

NOTE: If set to true, the shopping experience will be impacted (eg. Checkouts will not function properly).
