I. LOGIN TO YOUR FTP ACCOUNT

1. Using an FTP client (eg. Filezilla, Netfirms File Mangaer), login to your FTP account. If you don't remember your password, visit Password Recovery and request your password to be emailed to you. The password will be emailed to the email address we have on file for your hosting account.

II. USE OUR DIRLIST.PHP SCRIPT

1.If you subscribe to a hosting plan that supports PHP (eg. Plus, Advantage, Business), you can download the following zipped dirlist.php script: dirlist.php.
2. Once you download the script, unzip it before uploading it to your FTP account. The dirlist.php should be placed in your /www folder
3. To display your directory listing, run the script in your browser. For example, browse to http://membername.netfirms.com/dirlist.php (where membername is your Netfirms-assigned membername indicated on your Welcome Letter) OR http://yourdomain.com/dirlist.php (where yourdomain.com is your registered domain name hosted by Netfirms).
